In 1994, Tonya completed her bachelor of science in physical therapy from Tennessee State University. She has spent the last 23 years working mostly in the outpatient orthopedics treating all types of injuries and her interest includes joint replacements, shoulder injuries, back care, and working with athletes. Tonya is committed to continuing education and has continued to build on her knowledge over the years with courses in McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment of the lumbar spine, cervical and thoracic spine, Maitland manual therapy for spine and peripheral joints, core stabilization, comprehensive treatment of the shoulder and knee to name a few. She has been with Comp Rehab for 5 years now.
Jeff joined Comprehensive Rehabilitation in 2002. He earned his Associates degree from Volunteer State Community College in 1991. He is a native of Hartsville, Tn. Jeff and his wife, Christie, have two children, Isaiah and Cassie. Jeff enjoys working with the young and the old. His primary focus is the geriatric population at Knollwood Manor and The Whitehouse Assisted Living Facility. He also enjoys sharing his musical talents with the residents of Knollwood Manor.
Amy is a life long resident of Lafayette. She received her Associates Degree from Volunteer State Community College in 2012 and joined the Comp Rehab Team in 2014. Amy’s general are of focus is our pediatric patients but truly loves working with people of all ages. She and her husband, Randy, have 3 children, Avery, Cooper and Nealee.

Pat is a native of Macon County. She has been with Comp Rehab since 1990. She works in the office and does the primary insurance billing along with various other duties. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren.
Buffy is an owner of Comp Rehab. She also serves as the Administrator. Buffy received her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee at Memphis in 1997. She has worked at Comprehensive Rehabilitation since 2000. She is married to TJ Roark and has 3 children, Kaitlynn, Kason and Karlee. Buffy enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnosis from neck and back pain to spinal cord injuries and pediatrics. Buffy feels it is a privilege to work with people in the community in which she lives to help them return to their daily activities.
Kathy attended Volunteer State Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy in May 1986. In 2008 she became certified in management of lymphedema. She is currently the only therapist in the area with this certification. She has worked at Comp Rehab for over 30 years and became an owner in 2007. Kathy’s goal is to provide excellent care and to educate her patients on taking an active role in their recovery. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family on their farm in the Oakdale Community.
Wanda has worked with Comprehensive Rehabilitation since 1988. Wanda has assumed many different roles, but considers working with clients one on one is the key to her longevity. She lives in Red Boiling Springs with her husband and extended family.
Today after over three decades of serving the physicians and patients of Lafayette and the surrounding areas, Comp Rehab has become the longest established independently owned physical therapy practice in Macon County.
