Sports Injury

Sports Injuries and related orthopedic conditions are common. They may result from traumatic injury to the bones, muscle and joint (the musculoskeletal system). These include the upper extremities: shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands and fingers. They also include the lower extremities: hips, knees, ankles, feet and toes.

Your musculoskeletal system is critical to everything you do. Yet every year, thousands of people suffer a variety of bone, muscle, and joint injuries while participating in all kinds of sports as well as seemingly harmless hobbies such as gardening and walking.

These injuries include:

• Back and Neck injuries
• Overuse Injuries
• Fractures and Dislocations
• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Torn Ligaments and Muscles
• Shoulder, arms, wrist and hand pain
• Leg, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain
• Arthritis, bursitis and tendonitis

So what would you like to do again without pain? Play Tennis or Golf? Enjoy a hobby? Or simply wanting to get back to living your life? Our mission is to help people function at their best. We want you to move without pain and get stronger so you can avoid future injuries. Our rehabilitation programs are based on restoring function using evidenced based protocols. These programs are designed to reflect the individual needs of each patient. Our approach to treatment is to provide an environment that promotes healing and encourages active involvement from each patient. We strive to educate you about your condition and recovery so you have the tools to help yourself heal.
