Tyler Frankenberry MS, LAT, ATC

In 2021, Tyler graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Exercise Science. In the summer of 2021, he moved to Livingston Alabama to pursue his master's degree in physical education with a specialty in sports management from the University of West Alabama. During his time at UWA he worked with track and field, cross county, baseball, and collegiate rodeo. While in Alabama he also worked for Moore Wellness Systems as an industrial Athletic Trainer at a West Rock paper mill.

As a certified athletic trainer, Tyler enjoys providing manual therapeutic techniques as well as incorporating unique exercises to rehabilitate injuries. In addition to therapeutic services, he also provides emergency care, first aid, injury prevention and counseling for nutrition, strength training and overall mental health.

Tyler really enjoys the family friendly atmosphere at Comprehensive Rehabilitation and looks to build upon the outstanding medical services they provide through the Athletic Training outreach program. His overall goal for the new program at Comprehensive Rehabilitation is to treat athletic related injuries safely and efficiently to maximize the overall health and performance of the student-athlete.

Outside of work Tyler enjoys spending time with his fiancé Shaelin and their dog Overton as well as fishing, hunting, going to dirt car races and enjoying family time.
